Michael Vollmer in his workshop
The Workshop

Where precision is born.

In true craftsmanship, there are no shortcuts.

For over 30 years, Michael Vollmer has been crafting billiard cues by hand in his workshop in Büdingen-Rohrbach, earning recognition worldwide. Not as a mass product, but as individual pieces – made with time, experience and an uncompromising dedication to quality.

What began as a passion for pool billiards and wood became a calling: to build cues that not only play well, but that you can feel.

Making Dreams come true.

For Michael Vollmer a cue is an instrument, not a piece of equipment. Every piece is built accordingly: balance, weight, feedback and material are matched to one another until the result is right.

This conviction accompanies every piece that leaves the workshop. That is why Vollmer Cues does not produce series products, but extraordinary individual pieces that often accompany their owner for a lifetime.

"The cue is finished when it is finished."

Learning from the best.

Michael Vollmer began his career with repairs of high-quality cues. To perfect his knowledge, he completed an intensive training programme in the USA with one of the world's most renowned cue makers. There he learned techniques that remain the foundation of his work to this day.

In 1993 he founded his own company. Since then he has continuously developed his craft, combining traditional manufacturing with his own innovations. Today Vollmer Cues stands worldwide for the highest quality in individual cue making.

"A cue must feel like an extension of the hand. Everything else is just a stick."
