Vollmer Cues does not regard its work as conventional contract manufacturing. Every cue is built at its own craftsman's pace, with the highest demands on material, balance and workmanship. The manufacture of a handcrafted premium billiard cue can take a considerable amount of time. Every cue goes through numerous precise working steps and is built with the aim of meeting the highest standards in material, playing feel and workmanship. Speed is not the priority – quality is.
Prices vary according to wood selection, complexity and execution. Elaborate inlays, rare woods and special design elements influence the price, as does the manufacturing effort. A binding quote is given in personal consultation.

Vollmer Cues undertakes leather replacement, thread repairs, shaft work, the refurbishment of high-quality cues, the restoration of older models and complete overhauls of damaged cues. All repair and restoration work is carried out exclusively on cues from our own production.
Wood type, weight, balance, grip design, surface, inlays, engravings, joint, ferrule and tip – on every cue, all of these components are carefully matched to one another. The combination grows out of more than 30 years of craftsmanship, not out of a modular kit.
To maintain performance, playing feel and longevity over the long term, we recommend bringing a cue in for revision every 5 to 10 years. Minor repairs may make sense earlier depending on need.
The cue is packed securely against impact and shipped with insurance – domestically and internationally. Personal handover at the workshop in Büdingen-Rohrbach is also possible by arrangement and is the preferred option for many customers.
